To resolve the "Jar Virtual Machine Launcher" error in DentalXChange you will need to contact DentalXChange support (https://www.dentalxchange.com/contact/Contact ) to get the required files/Folders to replace.  Files for 7-16-19 attached.  


You will need to navigate to C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming and replace the folder DxcDesktopService.
