In this document you will learn how to install and configure XDR for Marquee Offices.  These are general instructions and installation may vary slightly for each office.

 

You will need to install/enable .net 2.0 or later before installing.

To enable this in windows 10 follow the below instructions.

  1. Open the control panel.
  2. Open programs and features
  3. Click the Turn Windows features on or off.
  4. Locate the .NET framework 3.5 (Includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) and click the box next to it.
  5. Press ok.


If the above has been completed continue with the following.


  1. Locate the installation files on the server.
    1. \\”server name”\xdr\Software
      1. XDR_Client_Instaler_3.2.7_RevB
  2. Select network Client Documentation (MySQL Database).
  3. Press next on the XDR MySQL Database location (default should be correct).
  4. Press next on the XDR Program Location (default).
  5. Press next on the Select Optional Components (default).
  6. Once the XDR_Client_Instaler_3.2.7_RevB has been installed install XDR_CMOS_Driver_Installer_2.1.0.0_2015-07-07
    1. All you should have to click on this is:
      1. Run
      2. Yes
      3. Next
      4. Finish
